General contracting – The primary contractor oversees and is responsible for all of the work performed on the site.
Construction management – The process of directing construction, either as an agent of the owner, as the agent of the contractor, or as one who, for a fee, directs and coordinates construction activity carried out under separate or multiple contracts.
Design-build – A method of construction in which the contractor provides both design and construction services to the owner.
